Shipping and Return Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your item, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Period: You have 10 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. After this period, we will no longer be able to process returns.

​

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a $3 restocking fee to cover the costs of processing the return.

​

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Eligibility for Return: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging (if applicable). Any items that show signs of use or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

Processing Time: As our items are handmade, please allow 7 to 10 days for the production and shipping of your order.

​

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, minus the restocking fee, within 7 business days.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
